WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has called for increased military cooperation between the United States and Israel, suggesting that it is time to take a more forceful approach toward Iran.
Speaking during an interview on Fox News’ Hannity, Graham said, “It’s time to move into the land of force” and advocated for “closing the chapter on the Iranian Ayatollah.”
He warned of what he described as a growing threat from Iran, stating, “They want to kill all the Jews in Israel and come after us. That’s what their whole country is built upon.”
Graham further called on the U.S. to provide direct military assistance to Israel if necessary. “If we need to provide bombs to Israel, provide bombs. If we need to fly planes with Israel, do joint operations,” he said.
The comments come amid heightened tensions in the Middle East and ongoing international concern over Iran’s nuclear program and its support for regional militant groups. Graham has long taken a strong stance on U.S.-Israel relations and Iran’s role in the region.
